TRAINING
The training division is comprised of six members of the SPD staff; all of whom are certified instructors.
This unit is responsible for providing all mandated training for the Officers as well as other advanced training that keeps Officers up-to-date on new techniques for officer safety and survival. The training division is also responsible for the supervision of the Field Training Officer (FTO) program.
The training unit goal is to provide the Officers of the Seneca Police Department with the most up-to-date training possible, giving them the tools they need to perform their duties in a highly effective and professional manner.
